The boot camp experience takes you through a variety of training methods including:

  • Calisthenics: Body weight based exercises such as push-ups, sit-ups, lunges, squats, jumps and sprints.

  • Aerobic: Longer bouts of cardiovascular based activity to support heart health, endurance, and caloric burn.

  • High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT): Intense bursts of exercise followed by a drop in intensity before the next round begins.

  • Functional Movement: Whole-body movement patterns that will improve your mobility and comfort in daily life.
